Hello , and welcome .
I am Alisha , and am practising Pharmacist presently in ON, Canada . I wanted to write to you so you’d know who I was and why you should trust me :) I believe in sharing my journey with you,so you know I started off just like you.
Living in a small town away from the city and being an International Pharmacy Graduate {IPG} , I soon realised I’d need help cracking the OSCE. While the Evaluating Exam and the MCQ, however hard, were knowledge based exams - the OSCE was different in that it tested my communication skills, empathy and attitude towards the patient, time management and comprehension - in addition to my pharmaceutical knowledge- all in one. I realised that this would need group study and help, to identify my shortcomings individually and work on them by practising as much as possible with someone to guide and critique me. I had some other friends in the same boat as I was, and they had jobs and kids and exams to pass.
Understandably, not everyone had the time or resources to join classes that needed in person attendance, or long time commitments as we would have to travel long distances to access these courses. One of us had kids, and so, flexibility was our main concern. We studied and practised online and helped other friends as well, over phone and video calls - by making up cases, solving them , and understanding our areas of improvement with constant practice. This helped us study and rehearse at our own pace, gave people time to manage their jobs , kids or other commitments and gave us the flexibility to learn at our own time, in our own space. This proved to be very useful, and we were able to achieve our goal of being Registered Pharmacists in Canada in due time!
As time went by, I realized there were others who were struggling with the EE and MCQ prep as well, but could not accommodate set schedules due to other commitments, and were more comfortable having quick hourly sessions to revise hard chapters/ topics. Additionally, having gone through the exams myself, I had some tips and tricks up my sleeve to help them prepare for these better, with the help of revision questions and discussion topics
After I got my license and my first job , I realised not a lot of places offered such study sessions that could cater to people like us who had other commitments, or were living far from city centres with no access to public libraries / resources. Hence, I formed AceOSCE - so I could help people like us getting to where I am now , and give them the tools we developed to pass the EE,MCQ and OSCE - getting them and you closer to achieving your goals!
If you’ve reached here and are hoping to reach out to us - you’re one step closer to your goal!

"Alisha willingly accepted to tutor me via FB after I had casually reached out to her on LinkedIn. After each practice session, she provided me with detailed feedback on my strengths and weaknesses. When I count my success as a pharmacist in Canada, I count Alisha twice"
I want to thank Alisha for these type of questions (in the EE mini mock) that made me understand more precisely about the exam- like what questions are asked and to know that EE is totally different from what I understood.
For me ,pharmacology and clinical was the most important topic, but I realized after taking the EE mini mock that its never enough for EE and that I have to read about other tested topics as well! In my next exam inshalah MCQ and OSCE the topics that I read may be more beneficial like pharmacology and clinical information , but the EE tests us on multiple subjects, and the mini mock really helped me discover that
Many thanks

We love your confidence and how! Good for you for thinking you’re already perfect, and we agree! However, whilst observing multiple people in their journey of the PEBC, we learnt that the OSCE was one of the most challenging steps in the road to licensure . This was , in part, due to the limited time one gets to solve each station, in some cases- difficulty in communication, and always- the anxiety and nervousness! Believe it or not, once you’re in the assessment room, even the most proficient aspirants find themselves tongue tied and in need of help! The only way to get through is practice, and that it exactly what you’ll get here!
It is important to clear the EE and MCQ exams to get to the OSCE- so we offer easy hourly, class by class sessions to help you revise concepts that you may find hard to understand, so you ace these and are ready to take on the OSCE - all at your convenient schedule and our flexible time slots!
Let’s go!
The OSCE tests your communication skills and knowledge-both! Don’t lose heart though, as you have passed the Evaluating Exam and have your basics in line! The OSCE makes people nervous, and it is a tough one- but our team will help make your journey easier and prepare you for the challenge! We work with practicing pharmacists who have real life OSCEs daily, so you’ll be in safe hands!
Let’s crack the PEBC tests together!
